Therapy gives you a private, supportive space where you don't need to pretend. You can talk openly about what really weighs on you - whether that's work stress, family pressures, anger or a sense of disconnection.

I work with men who are:

- Struggling with stress, anxiety or burnout at work and home

- Bottling up anger, shame or any cast off emotions

- Facing big life changes - fatherhood, relationships or mid-life reflection

-Looking for more purpose, ease and connection

-I have experience working with men who have experienced sexual abuse and offer a non-judgmental space to explore the enduring impact of trauma.​

Masculinity is experienced differently across cultures, communities and sexualities. Whether you identify as gay, straight, bi, trans, queer or are questioning - I strive to make this a safe, affirming space to explore what being a man means to you.

Please note if you are here for a man in your life, I only accept new clients who approach me directly.
