Therapy offers a valuable between-times.

 

I work with people who feel caught between responsibilities, expectations and exhaustion. Often these patterns have been entrenched from an early age.

 

I offer a chance to reflect on that, and the choices we can make to allow for a more enjoyable life with our loved ones.

In our sessions, we can work together to:

  • Find time for yourself in the midst of the demands

  • Assess 'never enough' thinking

  • Explore deeper wounds that drive anxiety and self-criticism.

  • Offer a space to explore questions about self and society to find your own meaning.
